4 ripe bananas, chopped |
4 scoops vanilla ice cream |
3 tablespoons milo |
250 ml long-life milk (dairy farmers brand) |
1 pinch nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Place bananas, ice-cream, Milo, milk and nutmeg in a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately. |
