Rich shake that is a good alternative to the fastfood style drink Ingredients:
1 medium banana, frozen, peeled |
6 oz skim milk |
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, processed |
Directions:
1. Break frozen banana into quarters and place in blender. 2. Pulse blender to chop banana. 3. Add cocoa powder then milk 4. Blend until smooth. (Note: overblending will make it runny) |
