This was a wonderful drink even during the summer and for breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana
1 cup milk
1 1/2-2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 dash ground cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
1. Place the first four ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses; sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
3. Serve immediately.
4. Enjoy.
