originally from The Complete Book of Homemade Ice Cream Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
30 marshmallows |
3/4 cup sugar |
3 cups bananas, sliced (about 4) |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
3 1/2 cups heavy cream |
Directions:
1. In an electric blender, combine milk, marshmallows, sugar, sliced bananas and lemon juice. Blend on high speed. 2. Whip heavy cream and then stir cream into blended banana mixture. Still-freeze. |
