                                            | Prep Time: 0 Minutes Cook Time: 35 Minutes | Ready In: 35 Minutes Servings: 8 |  |  This is a new recipe for banana bread from the Super Food Ideas Magazine, May edition. I am going to make it up with weekend :o) Ingredients: 
                        
                                                | 125 g butter |  | 1/2 cup caster sugar |  | 2 tbsp maple syrup |  | 2 eggs |  | 3 bananas |  | 3/4 c plain flour |  | 3/4 c self raising flour |  | 1/2 tsp baking soda |  Directions: 
                        
                            | 1. I am pretty sure the recipe is: beat butter, sugar and ms together. Add in eggs one at a time. Stir flour/soda mix into batter. 2. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake in a moderate ovem 180 ( 160 forced fan ) for 35 minutes ( 30-40 mins depending on your oven ).
 3. I will try to confirm the baking time etc tomorrow.
