Delicious, easy, healthy smoothie recipe. Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt |
1/2 banana (can be frozen) |
1/2 cup blueberries |
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks |
1/2 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender (or cup if using a hand blender) and mix until smooth. Add more liquid if consistency is too think for you. |
