I got this recipe from one of my many cookbooks. Ingredients:
2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs |
1/3 cup margarine, melted |
1 (3 1/8 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix (not instant) |
1 3/4 cups milk |
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows |
1 cup whipped cream (like cool whip) |
2 bananas, sliced |
Directions:
1. Combine vanilla wafer crumbs and melted margarine. 2. Press into a 9-inch pie pan. 3. Bake at 375° for 8 minutes. 4. Prepare the pie filling using the 1 3/4 cups of milk. 5. Cover the surface with transparent wrap. 6. Chill. 7. Fold in the marshmallows and whipped cream. 8. Slice bananas into crust. 9. Pour filling over the bananas. 10. Chill several hours or overnight. |
