You can freeze this bread for later. You could also turn this into muffins, by putting it into muffin pans, bake at 400°F for 18 minutes. Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour |
3/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 1/4 teaspoons cream of tartar |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup canola oil |
2 ripe bananas, mashed |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, make a well in center of mixture. Combine remaining ingredients, add to dry mixture, stirring until moistened. 2. Pur batter into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan, and cool on wire rack. |
