A request from a customer, nice combo of the coffee and banana with a finish of chocolate. Ingredients:

1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips |
2 pounds philly cream cheese |
1 1/4 cup sugar |
3 tbsp. flour |
5 large eggs |
1 ounce banana extract(bickford flavors) |
1 ounce kahlua extract(bickford) or 1/3 cup kahlua liquor |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450^. 2. Evenly layer mini-chips in prepared pan. 3. Set aside. 4. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth. 5. Add eggs one at a time. 6. Add extracts and cream, mixing thoroughly. 7. Pour over chips in pan. 8. Bake at 450^ for 15 minutes. 9. Reduce to 250^ and continue baking for 1 hour. 10. Let cool and refrigerate before serving. |
