2 cups coconut milk (niyog) |
1 cup grated coconut meat |
1 cup sugar |
3 bananas, sliced thinly |
2 sweet potatoes (skinned and cubed) |
1 small ube, cubed |
3 tbsp tapioca pearls |
Directions:
1. Place the coconut milk in a caserole. 2. Stir the coconut milk until it thickens. 3. Add all the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. |
