2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk |
3/4 cup egg substitute |
3/4 cup evaporated fat-free milk |
3 large ripe bananas, peeled and mashed |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add mashed banana, lemon juice, and vanilla, stirring well. 2. Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
