This recipe makes a gallon of ice cream... but if you have a larger freezer than a gallon just add one extra banana and more whole milk to this recipe...Yummy Ingredients:
4 mashed bananas (kinda ripe) |
2 cans condensed milk |
1 quart of half and half |
1 large tub of cool whip, thawed |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
whole milk |
Directions:
1. Mash bananas; set aside 2. In a large bowl combine condensed milk, half and half and large cool whip and about a cup of whole milk. 3. This may take several minutes to stir and blend well. 4. Sometimes cool whip will still be lumpy looking.. thats ok if it is. 5. Stir in vanilla and bananas; stir well. 6. Pour into ice cream freezer and the pour rest of whole milk up to freeze line. 7. Make per directions of your freezer. 8. This icecream freezes very good 9. Any fruit can be substituted for the bananas.. |
