I found this originally . I love it, though, because I always have soy milk, bananas, and honey around. I think freezing the bananas in advance makes this really creamy. (Prep time is probably the minimum amount of time it would take to freeze bananas?? Mine always stay in the freezer overnight. 5 hours is just a guess).
Ingredients:
1 1/2 bananas, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch rounds, frozen (this is an important step!)
1 cup soymilk lite (1%)
1 cup ice cube
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
