From the Tables of Lebanon cookbook. I have changed the dairy milk to non dairy milk. Enjoy! Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas |
2 tablespoons pure honey (i use raw honey) |
4 cups non dairy milk (i use soy or almond) |
6 ice cubes |
1 teaspoon ground flax seed (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender. If desired, add ground flaxseed now. Blend at high speed until a thin, creamy consistency is reached. 2. Serve immediately. 3. Enjoy! |
