From the Tables of Lebanon cookbook. I have changed the dairy milk to non dairy milk. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons pure honey (i use raw honey)
4 cups non dairy milk (i use soy or almond)
6 ice cubes
1 teaspoon ground flax seed (optional)
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender. If desired, add ground flaxseed now. Blend at high speed until a thin, creamy consistency is reached.
2. Serve immediately.
3. Enjoy!
