Moist and filling. Very easy to make and a firm favorite with my children Ingredients:
10 ounces wholemeal self-rising flour |
8 ounces mashed bananas |
2 ounces soft brown sugar |
1/2 tablespoon lemon peel |
60 ml sunflower oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla essence |
2 tablespoons clear honey |
8 fluid ounces milk |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to gas mark 7. 2. combine all ingredients together, beating well. 3. Divide into 12 muffin cases or deep bun cases and bake for 20 minutes. |
