Ingredients:
1 1/2 bananas, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch rounds, frozen |
1 cup light (1%) soy milk |
1 cup ice cubes |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately. |
