6 ripe bananas |
300 gms sugar |
4 tbsp ghee |
half tspn cardamom powder |
5 cashew nuts |
10 raisins |
250 ml water |
Directions:
1. Pour ghee in a pan 2. Add sugar to it n stir fry till the sugar disolves well in the ghee 3. Mash the bananas n add to it 4. Pour water n stir it 5. Cook slowly in low flame till the water goes n till it thickens 6. Put cardamom powder 7. Take another pan heat one tspn ghee 8. Fry cashew nuts n raisins 9. Now put the fried cashews n raisins to the halwa |
