Great on a hot summer day/evening to refresh you! Ingredients:
3 ounces dark creme de cacao |
1 ripe banana |
4 ounces half-and-half |
12 ounces small ice cubes |
shaved bittersweet chocolate or unsweetened chocolate, for decorative purposes on top |
Directions:
1. Pour the creme de cocoa into blender. 2. Toss in one very ripe banana. 3. Add in approximately 4 oz. 4. half and half cream. 5. Put in 12 oz. 6. ice cubes, the smaller the better. 7. Blend until thick and pour into 12 oz. 8. tulip glasses. 9. Lightly sprinkle shaved chocolate on top. |
