This is an easy sweet snack or dessert dish. What's better than fried bananas?
Ingredients:
2 eggs
6 t flour
2 ripe bananas
1/2 c water
oil for deep frying
cinnamon sugar
Directions:
1. Slightly beat eggs and mix with flour and water.
2. Mash bananas with fork and mix thoroughly with flour and egg mixture.
3. Deep-fry banana and flour mixture by the tablespoonful in 2” hot oil until golden brown (2-3 minutes).
4. Drain on absorbent paper and dust with cinnamon sugar.
