This is an easy sweet snack or dessert dish. What's better than fried bananas? Ingredients:
2 eggs |
6 t flour |
2 ripe bananas |
1/2 c water |
oil for deep frying |
cinnamon sugar |
Directions:
1. Slightly beat eggs and mix with flour and water. 2. Mash bananas with fork and mix thoroughly with flour and egg mixture. 3. Deep-fry banana and flour mixture by the tablespoonful in 2” hot oil until golden brown (2-3 minutes). 4. Drain on absorbent paper and dust with cinnamon sugar. |
