Another way to use bananas Ingredients:

1/4 sugar |
1 egg |
1/3 cup milk |
5 medium bananas, not too ripe |
Directions:
1. Sift flour with bakeing power, salt, and sugar, set aside 2. Beat egg then add milk and pour into dry ingredients, Mix thoroughy 3. Peel bananas and cut each in half lengthwise, then once across 4. Dip pieces into batter and fry in oil until they are golden brown. 5. Drain and serve hot with any flavored syrup. |
