Just like Grandma used to make for us. So good!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
5 under ripe bananas
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients.
2. Beat egg with milk; add to dry mixture.
3. Peel bananas:cut in half lengthwise, then once across.
4. Dip into batter and fry in 375 degree fat until golden.
5. Drain on paper towels.
6. Serve warm with maple syrup.
