Just like Grandma used to make for us. So good! Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour |
3/4 tsp. baking powder |
1/8 tsp. salt |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1/3 cup milk |
5 under ripe bananas |
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients. 2. Beat egg with milk; add to dry mixture. 3. Peel bananas:cut in half lengthwise, then once across. 4. Dip into batter and fry in 375 degree fat until golden. 5. Drain on paper towels. 6. Serve warm with maple syrup. |
