French toast that tastes like banana bread! Yum Ingredients:
11 slices light wheat bread |
1/2 cup skim milk |
2 bananas |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 teaspoon sugar |
4 egg whites |
Directions:
1. Mix bottom six ingredients in blender or food processor. Pour into a shallow dish. 2. Dip each slice of bread into mixture and cook on a 350 degree griddle for 3-4 minutes per side. 3. Place cooked bread onto cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for ten minutes. 4. Serve with light maple syrup. |
