I got this recipe from my boss's Mom. These are really good and so different from many other desserts. YUM! Ingredients:
batter |
1 pkg yellow cake mix (without pudding) |
1 pkg banana cream instant pudding |
4 eggs |
1 1/2 cups of milk |
1 tbsp. banana extract |
filling |
1/2 cup of butter |
1 cup of sugar |
1 tbsp. banana extract (i use 2 tbsp.) |
1/2 cup buttered crisco |
3 tbsp. flour |
1/2 cup of milk |
Directions:
1. Batter: 2. Mix and divide batter. 3. Pour into 2 greased & floured jelly roll pans. 4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. 5. Filling: 6. Beat all ingredients for 5 minutes. 7. Spread filling over one of the layers. 8. Put other layer on top and cut. |
