Thick and rich just like regular egg nog but with the flavour of banana. This nog is great as a breakfast drink also.
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon corn syrup or 1 tablespoon table molasses
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
1. Cut the banana into a blender, add remaining ingredients and buzz until smooth.
2. Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with some nutmeg.
