Thick and rich just like regular egg nog but with the flavour of banana. This nog is great as a breakfast drink also. Ingredients:
1 ripe banana |
1 egg |
1 cup milk |
1 tablespoon corn syrup or 1 tablespoon table molasses |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Cut the banana into a blender, add remaining ingredients and buzz until smooth. 2. Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with some nutmeg. |
