bananas, pecans, cream cheese! what could be better? Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 cup butter |
1/2 cup light brown sugar |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 cup powdered sugar |
8oz cream cheese softened |
2 cups cool whip |
2 teaspoon vanilla |
3 bananas |
2 small packs of instant pudding( vanilla, banana, or chocolate) |
2 cups milk |
Directions:
1. Blend flour, butter, brown sugar and pecans 2. press onto the bottom of a 9x13x2 pan 3. bake at 375 for glass pan (400 for metal) for 15 minutes 4. remove from oven and cool 5. mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, cool whip and 1 teaspoon vanilla 6. place 1/2 of the mixture over the cooled crust 7. slice bananas over the top 8. mix the pudding, milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla 9. spread over bananas 10. top with remaining cream cheese mixture 11. sprinkle with more chopped pecans 12. chill overnight 13. Enjoy! |
