From a TOH mag. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1 cup corn syrup |
1 1/2 cups crunchy peanut butter |
5 cups banana nut crunch cereal |
1 (11 1/2 ounce) package milk chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the sugar and corn syrup. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 3-4 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Stir in peanut butter; mix well. Add cereal; stir to coat. 2. Press into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. 3. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips. Spread over bars. Cool before cutting. |
