I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ossg Recipes. The recipe below usually yeilds a little extra filling than needed for the pie. You can just refrigerate the extra filling and use it for a sinfree snack. Be creative..........You can make the recipe w/ Blueberry Yogurt and fresh Blueberries, Strawberry yogurt and Fresh Strawberries, Peach Yogurt and canned Peaches etc..........Enjoy!!!! Ingredients:
9 inches reduced fat graham cracker crust |
8 ounces cool whip lite |
7/8 ounce of jello brand sugar-free vanilla pudding |
16 ounces nonfat sugar-free banana creme yogurt, sweetened with aspartame (2 containers approx. 8 oz a piece) or 16 ounces banana yogurt (2 containers approx. 8 oz a piece) |
3 ripe bananas |
whipped topping |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the Cool-Whip lite and the box of Sugar Free Vanilla. 2. Pudding until all the powder is absorbed and well mixed. Add the Banana Creme Yogurt and continue to mix until well blended. 3. Slice the bananas and add them to the mixture. 4. Pour the mixture into the Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crust and. 5. refrigerate for approximately 2 hours before serving. |
