Wonderful and easy banana tart. For a twist,substitute butterscotch or white chocolate chips for the semi-sweet in the crust Ingredients:
1 pkg.(17.5 oz) oatmeal cookie mix |
6tbs butter(room temperature |
2tbs water |
1/2c semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1pkg(3.4oz) instant vanilla pudding mix |
11/2c milk |
3c whipped topping,thawed |
1 banana(chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 Coat 9 tart pan with removeable bottom with cooking spray. In a large bowl,mix oatmeal cookie mix,butter and water till batter forms. Srir in semi-sweet chocolate chips;press into bottom and up sides of the pan. Bake 20 mins or till golden. Cool completely on rack 2. In large bowl,whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until stiff;fold in 1c thawed frozen whipped topping,then banana. Spread in crust;chill till set,at least 1 hour or overnight. Cover with remaining whipped topping. Garnish with berries and banana. |
