This recipe is from Cuisine at Home Magazine. Ingredients:
1/2 lb peanut butter sandwich cookie |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons unsalted butter |
Directions:
1. Make a crumb crust by putting the peanut butter sandwich cookies and salt into a blender, whirl until you have crumbs and drizzle in 2 T unsalted butter, melted. Press into pie pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Quarter 3 ripe, firm bananas instead of slicing (less surface to discolor), lay in bottom of crust and pour in filling. Bake according to directions. |
