Banana Cream of Wheat Bread |

This sounds like a good bread. Ingredients:
2 cups cream of wheat |
1 tablespoon sugar |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas |
2 eggs |
1 1/2 cups water |
1 cup unsaturated oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients together. 2. Add bananas, egg, water, and oil, mixing well. 3. Bake in greased loaf pan for 45 minutes at 350 ºF or until done. 4. Remove from pan and let cool. |
