Banana-Cranberry Juice-Tofu Smoothie |

For some reason, it tastes like a strawberry shake. Ingredients:
2 peeled bananas, frozen or fresh (if your bananas are giant, use one) |
1 box low-fat tofu |
cranberry juice |
1 teaspoon maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Break bananas into 3 pieces and put in blender. 2. Add the tofu in broken up pieces 3. Then pour cranberry juice in to almost cover. 4. Blend, adding more juice if mixture seems too thick. 5. Add maple syrup while blending. |
