I found this recipe in my desperate search for quick and easy breakfasts. Couscous is small bits of semolina pasta but it makes the most tasty breakfast cereal. You can use different fruits, if you wish, or leave out the fruit all together. Ingredients:
1/4 cup couscous, uncooked |
1/2 cup fat-free evaporated milk |
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 banana, chopped |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a microwavable container. 2. Microwave on high 2 minutes. 3. Cover and let stand 1 minute. |
