This came from Vegetarian Breakfast Recipes. I haven't tried this, just posting for safe keeping for my hubby. Ingredients:
1 small cinnamon raisin bagel |
1 medium banana, sliced |
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese |
1 ounce sugar substitute (1 packet) |
1 dash ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Toast bagel and top with sliced banana. Top cottage cheese evenly and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar substitute. 2. Enjoy! |
