This is so good. Bursting with banana flavor and so creamy. Enjoy. Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 cups milk |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 bananas chopped |
Directions:
1. Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt. 2. Gradually add milk mixing well then cook and stir until smooth, thickened and clear. 3. Stir in bananas until well combined. 4. Stir a little of the pudding into beaten egg then return to pudding. 5. Add butter and vanilla then mix well and chill in refrigerator. |
