DD came up with these as a snack and/or breakfast muffin. Ingredients:
1 medium banana, mashed |
1/2 cup low-fat milk |
1 (8 1/2 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix |
Directions:
1. Mash banana, add milk and muffin mix. 2. Stir until combined. 3. Pour into 6 muffin cups coated with nonstick cooking spray or in muffin liners. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 22 minutes or until golden brown on top. 5. Cool and serve. |
