Healthy, wheat free, dairy free cookies Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas |
5 ounces stoned dates |
7 ounces rolled oats |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 175c 2. mash baananas & finely chop the dates. 3. mix all the ingredients together in a bowl & leave to stand for 20 to 30 minutes. 4. drop tablespoons of the mixture onto a non stick baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. 5. store in an airtight container & eat within 2 days. |
