Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces light rum |
2 ounces pineapple juice |
1/2 ripe banana |
1 ounce half-and-half |
1 ounce coconut cream |
1 cup ice, crushed |
1 banana, slice |
Directions:
1. Place the light rum, pineapple juice, 1/2 banana, half-and-half, coconut cream, and ice into a blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Pour mixture into a chilled hurricane glass; garnish with a banana slice. |
