Easy dessert. Ingredients:
250g butter |
200g castor sugar |
1 tsp vanilla essence |
1 tsp coffee essence |
3 eggs |
4 ripe bananas, mashed |
240g self-raising flour |
1/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180C. 2. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla essence until light and fluffy. 3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. 4. Stir in mashed bananas. 5. Fold in flour gently. 6. Add milk gradually. 7. Pour in mixture into cake tin. 8. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. |
