Its a healthy n tasty bfast. Kids will just love it.
Ingredients:
2 cups rice flour
1 cup grated coconut
2 ripe mashed bananas
1 egg
3 tbsp vanaspati
4 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
50 ml milk
2 tsp ghee
Directions:
1. In a wide bowl beat one egg n vanaspati
2. Now mix sugar , salt n mashed bananas 2 it
3. Now add coconut n rice flour
4. Add milk n water n prepare a batter
5. Heat d tawa rub it with ghee
6. Pour the batter n spread it like dosa
7. When one side gets cukd, turn 2 the other side
