Its a healthy n tasty bfast. Kids will just love it. Ingredients:
2 cups rice flour |
1 cup grated coconut |
2 ripe mashed bananas |
1 egg |
3 tbsp vanaspati |
4 tbsp sugar |
pinch of salt |
50 ml milk |
2 tsp ghee |
Directions:
1. In a wide bowl beat one egg n vanaspati 2. Now mix sugar , salt n mashed bananas 2 it 3. Now add coconut n rice flour 4. Add milk n water n prepare a batter 5. Heat d tawa rub it with ghee 6. Pour the batter n spread it like dosa 7. When one side gets cukd, turn 2 the other side |
