1 cup half-and-half |
1 cup coconut milk |
4 eggs, lightly beaten |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup coconut |
1 cup banana, sliced |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together. 2. Butter a 1 1/2 quart souffle dish and pour in custard mixture. 3. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes. |
