This smoothie(or milkshake) is YUMMY, especially if you like coconut milk. Great with breakfast food. Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut milk |
1 cup skim milk |
1 banana |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
3 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a blender. 2. Drink. |
