This recipe has a lot of ingredients that sound a little strange together, but taste delicious. I found it on a blog called Food + Thoughts. I added a few things and it tasted really good.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons coconut
1 banana (frozen)
2/3 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 small carrot
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon raisins
1/2 cup ice
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in vitamix or blender and blend thoroughly. Enjoy!
