This recipe has a lot of ingredients that sound a little strange together, but taste delicious. I found it on a blog called Food + Thoughts. I added a few things and it tasted really good. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons coconut |
1 banana (frozen) |
2/3 cup almond milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 small carrot |
1/4 cup rolled oats |
1 tablespoon raisins |
1/2 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in vitamix or blender and blend thoroughly. Enjoy! |
