A sweet and tasty twist on banana bread...didn't last a day in my house! Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas |
1/3 cup coconut oil |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 egg, beaten |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
1 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
baking spray (i use pam) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Grease a 9 x5 loaf pan with baking spray. 3. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. 4. Stir in coconut oil, sugar, egg, and vanilla. 5. In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, & cinnamon. 6. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ones until just mixed. 7. Pour into the greased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes. 8. Serve hot or cold :) |
