Yum! From my files. Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana |
2 large eggs |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
4 slices bread |
1 1/2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Blend first 4 ingredients in processor until smooth. Transfer to a 9x13 pan. 2. Place bread in milk mixture and soak until all liquid is absorbed, turning bread occasionally, about 20 minutes. 3. Melt butter in large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Add bread and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. |
