I just cant have enough of the butter cake I make . So with a bit of alteration I made this cake . Ingredients:
butter cake batter ( check out my recipe butter cake with frosting ) |
2 tsp ground cinnamon |
2/3 c mashed banana |
1 firm banana finely sliced |
1/2 q dip in lemon juice and set aside for topping |
Directions:
1. Follow the butter cake recipe
2. Pre heat oven to 180 deg
3. Add the mashed banana , cinnamon .
4. Fold in some banana slices .
5. Bake for 40 mins
6. Cool
7. Top with Cinnamon Frosting and banana slices
8. bake for 40 mins
