A low fat yummy smoothie. If you're not watching your weight you may wish to up the chocolate sauce to 2 tbsp. The amount listed lends a light chocolate flavor. Ingredients:
1 cup light vanilla soymilk |
1 banana, frozen |
1/2 cup strawberry slices, frozen |
1 tablespoon light chocolate syrup |
Directions:
1. Measure all your ingredients into a blender. 2. Blend until well mixed. 3. Serve right away with a straw, if desired. 4. You can add a little chocolate sauce on top for presentation, if desired. |
