Banana Chocolate Chunk Loaf

This combination of banana and chocolate is a favorite!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup margarine, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup mashed ripe banana
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
6 ounces milk chocolate candy bars, roughly chopped
Directions:
1. In a bowl, cream margarine with the sugar.
2. Add the eggs, and beat, then add vanilla and mashed banana and mix well again.
3. In another bowl, stir together the flour, salt and baking soda.
4. Beat dry mixture into the banana mixture.
5. Stir in the chocolate chunks.
6. Turn batter into a greased and floured 9 x 5 loaf pan.
7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
8. Cool on rack before serving.
