8 large muffins, 13 grams of protein each made with 95% organic ingredients Ingredients:
3 bananas |
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce |
1/2 cup liquid egg whites |
1 c soy milk |
1/3 c sugar |
3/4 c whole wheat flour |
1 c soy flour |
1 1/2 oz soy protein powder (1 1/2 scoops) |
1 tsp baking powder |
3/4 tsp baking soda |
1/2 tsp salt |
3 tsp unsweetened cocoa |
1/2 c chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. mash bananas 2. mix in wet ingredients 3. mix together dry ingredients 4. add dry ingredients to wet 5. add chocolate chips 6. bake at 375 for 18 - 20 mins |
