Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins |

this is from bon appetit. my kids love them and i always double the recipe so they will last at least 2 days. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
2/3 cup sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup mashed banana (usually 2 lg) |
1 large egg |
1/4 lb butter, melted |
1/4 cup milk |
3/4 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. mix dry ingriedients together. 2. mix wet ingriedients together. 3. stir banana mixture gently into the dry ingriedients till just moist. 4. stir in chocolate chips. 5. divide into 12 lined muffin cups and bake at 350°F about 30 minutes. |
