Moist sweet muffins Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup granulated sugar |
3 large eggs |
2 large mashed bananas |
1/4 cup milk |
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Soft dry ingredients. 3. Beat butter and sugar. 4. Add eggs. 5. Beat in bananas. 6. Add dry ingredients, alternating with milk. 7. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. 8. Spoon batter into foil muffin cups, 3/4 cup full. 9. Bake for 20 minutes. |
